Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of jamesbradleydigital.com. By using the site you accept them.
About these terms
This website is operated by James Bradley Digital, the independent consultancy of James Bradley. If you have a question about these terms, email hello@jamesbradleydigital.com.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse the site and get in touch. Please do not misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no disrupting how it runs and no using it for anything unlawful.
The content
Everything here is provided for general information about the consultancy and its work. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not act on it without taking advice suited to your own situation. We keep the content accurate and current where we can, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.
Case studies and results
The case studies describe real engagements. The figures and outcomes relate to those specific projects and are not a promise of similar results for any other client. Some client names are withheld where confidentiality applies.
Intellectual property
The design, text and original graphics on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce or republish them without permission. Brand names, logos and trademarks mentioned, including those of former clients and employers, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Getting in touch
Sending a message through the contact form is an enquiry, not the start of a contract. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees and terms. We are under no obligation to take on every enquiry.

Where we link to other websites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
